Customer Care

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During holidays and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging. Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  •  Non-Defective Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind or incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  

  •  Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover all shipping costs. Please take photos of the item immediately upon receipt and contact us.  

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow our return policy to send the original item back and then place a new order for the item you want.

 Privacy & Safety

Information Collection

When you place an order or create an account with Yelzor, we collect personal information such as your name, shipping address, email, and phone number. This information is used solely to process your orders, provide customer support, and send you order updates.

 

Payment Security

 

We use secure payment gateways like Shopify Payments and PayPal to ensure your credit card information is encrypted and protected. We do not store any of your credit card details.

 

Information Use & Sharing

 

We are committed to not selling, renting, or trading your personal information to any third party. Your information is only shared in the following circumstances:

   •  To fulfill your order (e.g., sharing your address with a shipping carrier).

   •  When required by law or for public safety.

   •  With your explicit consent (e.g., subscribing to our email newsletter).
